Sally has a lot of experience in organisational development, leadership and People & Culture, both as a consultant, educator and through work with her independently established HR-network.

Together, they combine deep competence in HR, leadership and organisational development with product and market understanding. They build Talentique with the ambition that recruitment should not be a guessing game.

The psychometric area is quite saturated, however the motivation and values aspect can drive the market forward.

By using Talentique we can build a shared understanding of where people fit and not, through the mutual connection between candidates and organisations. These fits will show where the candidates can perform, thrive, be engaged, stay longer and be more motivated to be a part of the organisational eco system.

Why Talentique?
